Our mission at Skilla is to develop learning agility in both organisations and individuals, enabling them to adapt and advance amid change and complexity. Core to this is our heutagogical method, which crucially develops self-directed learning and learning strategies, abilities regarded by the World Economic Forum as essential for organisational and individual success. We focus on transversal competencies, especially soft skills, leadership and management, digital and remote working.
We develop future proof skills, embed a love of learning and deliver diverse microlearning content at the point of need, in the form needed for maximum effectiveness and engagement, embedding learning in the workflow. Partnerships make these benefits systemic.
A partnership with Skilla is a shared commitment to learning innovation. We find partnerships flourish when there is strategic clarity on both sides, synergy in our visions for eLearning and an open innovation approach to collaboration.
We have mutually fruitful, long-term, strategic partnerships with enterprise scale partners such as Cornerstone, Manpower and Docebo. We are open to partnership proposals from potential partners that share our evolving vision of the learning ecosystem.
We are particularly interested in new partnerships, especially strategic collaborations which may focus on a specific sector, or a particular skill family, or certain geographic regions.
