Formaliberi, created by Ax-Amicucci Formazione together with the Italian Association of Booksellers, Ali-Confcommercio, was born in 2002 to bring the world of culture closer to the business world through the organisation of training courses, book presentations, debates, seminars and meetings in bookshops, fundamental centres for the promotion of culture in Italy. In 2003 Formaliberi and the Italian Association for Personnel Management, Aidp, launched Librinazienda, a project for the constitution of libraries in businesses. “100 and more books to start”, a physical place where books can be left and made available to people and initiatives aimed at the diffusion of books, which are the main vehicle for cultural education.
