Conceived by Challenge Network, a leading company in the field of managerial training, HR Open Campus is a training course for graduates under 30 years of age who want to be part of the new HR generation. The mission is to train Human Resources personnel and to accelerate investments in these figures, who will manage the work of the future in the coming years, as they will be required to take on organisational and work-related challenges that we do not yet fully comprehend. HR Open Campus arose from the market’s demand for qualified HR Managers capable of coming up with solutions that will generate value for their company’s business. The HR Open Campus course has a duration of 10 months: 4 months of full-time training, plus 1 month of on-Campus preparation, and a 6-month period consisting of a paid internship with a partner company, interactive thematic workshops, testimonials and coaching by TOP Managers, and project work carried out with leading Italian and international companies. An additional 12 months of Virtual Wallet are also included in order to allow the participants to keep up to date on HR-related news, thanks to meetings and advanced training sessions. The Campus features 4 learning areas: business trends and financial performance, traditional and cutting-edge HR activities (digital recruiting, HR analytics, e-learning, etc.), outstanding methods, innovation and speed in making things happen, and building partnerships to manage HR relationships within an organisation. These 4 areas have been designed by exceptional professional figures from Partner Companies, Universities, Consulting Firms, and Start-ups.
