In connection with Expo 2015 and to be in line with the theme of the universal event “Feed the planet, Energy for life,” AIDP developed its 43rd national congress, “People, resources of the Earth” to reflect together on innovation, creativity, social responsibility and planning for a sustainable future with and for people. The first editorial that opened these thoughts asks the question: “Do our companies and we, as HR professionals, treat the human resource in a sustainable way? Does an ecological way of managing people exist?”. From this team Skilla’s project was born, which was baptised not by chance “Nutrire di Conoscenza” (feed with knowledge): it is a project which places people and companies at the centre in order to help them develop that essential knowledge which is necessary for interpreting and living, as protagonists, the great changes that we are experiencing. Below you can find the whole article by Franco Amicucci, supporter of the project and of the mission that animates it: feed with knowledge in order to grasp the extraordinary opportunities of the intense waves of change that are unfolding, to acquire new capacity for innovation and to constantly be active protagonists of our time.
