In order to organise it properly also manage to devote some to one’s own personal and professional formation, it is good practice to weigh up the importance of specific actions and to implement as effectively as possible the various phases characterising a the life of a project. COMMENCEMENT, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION, MONITORING AND CONTROL, CONCLUSION: these are the 5 basic stages that characterise the life of any project, to be learnt and mastered. Let’s not forget that project management is a useful skill not only for those who are responsible for managing projects and for those with the title of project managers. In fact, people work increasingly on projects within organisations: how many times have you been assigned the implementation of a project and found yourself disorientated in managing it? Skilla has applied its method to this issue too, taking inspiration from the basic elements of the PMBOK®, translating them into a series of “training pills”. PMBOK® stands for Project Management Body of Knowledge: the guide created by the Project Management Institute which formalises common project management practices. Multimedia, lightness, synthesis, clarity and multichannel approach: the Skilla method may be applied to training courses in project management at varying levels, depending on the target in question, by persons who manage or participate in a project for the first time or by professional project managers.
