“Training 4 innovation, innovating 4 training – Funded training in the digital revolution”: this is the theme of the seminar organised by FONDIMPRESA, which will be held today, 8 February 2019, at Milan’s CONNEXT exhibition and digital networking event, Confindustria’s first national Industrial Partnership meeting, where Franco Amicucci will be among the speakers. “The age of digitalisation and training required”… that’s the focus of the speech to be delivered by Franco Amicucci, sociologist, training expert, and owner of Skilla – Amicucci Formazione: from the need to invest in training in order help workers and companies adapt to the “Age of Digitalisation”, to the Industry 4.0 revolution and its pros and cons the risk of the foreseeable man/machine-software replacement, and opportunities to create new jobs and professional figures with high creative value. Three major Italian companies, TIM, FCA and Humanitas, will also be present to share their experiences, insights and scenarios, not to mention Salvatore Pirrone (General Director of the National Agency for Active Labour Policies) and Giulia Ajmone Marsan (Innovation Economist, SME and Entrepreneurship Division of the OECD) and naturally Fondimpresa, which will be leading the discussions with President Bruno Scuotto, together with Director Elvio Mauri, and Director of Training and National Organisation Raffaele Saccà. The meeting will be held in the Amber 7 hall of the MiCo Milano Convention Center, from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
